Nigella's Key Lime Pie

This is a Nigella recipe that I first made a long time ago. I decided to give it another try now that limes are my new favorite thing.

It's no-bake and super-easy. You use graham crackers and butter to make the crust (or just but a pre-made one like I did; it's even easier and probably better than homemade). For the filling you beat together a can of sweetened condensed milk, some heavy cream, and the juice and zest of four limes. That's it. Just fill the crust and let it chill.

The filling comes out tasting like a light, refreshing, delicious custard. It was a huge hit- the perfect summer dessert.
